We also provide outside general counsel legal services through retainer agreements and/or flat-fee monthly payments. We are able to provide our clients with reasonable attorney rates due to our low overhead. Our low overhead is in large part due to our outsourcing of administrative tasks, which allows us to cut costs associated with payroll and payroll taxes.This type of outsourcing not only cuts costs, but also allows the lawyer to focus on the legal aspects of the case thereby providing cost-effective legal services. In order to provide reliable service to all of our clients, the client's lawyer is required to return a client’s call within two business days via telephone or e-mail, absent an extraordinary circumstance.
